Cool and fairly clean accommodation with stunning and magnificent location close to the slopes as well as the sea. Delightful view at garden and beautiful room. A wide range of supplies in the room: a seating area and an iron. The staff were very very helpful and helped with free parking.

Appreciated amiable staff and big size hotel.
The place had a special atmosphere. Our superior chalet had TV set, a refrigerator, and a dining area. Shared bathrooms, that included bathtubs, were cleaned daily.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled nearly at the top of a mountain on the slopes of Mt. Hibok Hibok. The view from the house during the daytime was simply amazing. I loved being surrounded by nature and feeling so close to the stunning landscapes. The architecture of the house was unique and open, perfect for a group of people to enjoy the serene surroundings. The staff here were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They provided an airport shuttle service, which was very convenient. The amenities in the rooms were great, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. Additionally, the hotel offered a shared kitchen for guests to use, which was a nice touch.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Situated in the mountains, surrounded by nature and a great place to relax and appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. the architecture and design of the houses provide a unique and charming experience. the staff were welcoming and informative, ensuring a more meaningful and education trip.
Limited activities in the area, leaving guests with not much to do except relax and appreciate nature. the WiFi connection was slow and with no mobile phone signal in the area, it may be difficult to communicate outside the hotel.

The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and providing a peaceful getaway. We loved the appeal of the architecture and design. Without the distractions of the internet or TV, we were able to disconnect and enjoy the simplicity of life. The friendly staff allowed us to prepare our own meals in a clean and well-equipped kitchen.
While the lack of connectivity was a plus, the lack of hot water in the shower was a negative aspect. , privacy was an issue as some doors could not be closed and locked appropriately.

This place is located in an amazing area, right by the big Volcano. You'll be able to explore the volcanic forest, and at night, you can visit Binoni port. The house itself is very instagrammable and artistic. The caretakers are friendly and accommodating, always ready to address your inquiries. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a quiet holiday.
There was no phone signal and the wifi was not working properly during our stay.
